I have spent much of my life around money—working in financial services, following markets and constantly learning about financial products. Yet, I found myself doing what most people do: making one financial decision at a time, without stepping back to see the whole picture.
We save for a goal, invest when we have money, buy insurance when we need it, take a loan when life calls for one and think about taxes when the deadline comes. Each decision may make sense on its own, but our financial lives are connected.
